Pamela Floyd began her real estate journey as an investor in 1999 before obtaining her real estate license in 2000. Her firsthand experience as an investor makes her an invaluable resource to her clients, offering expert guidance in buying, selling, and investing. In 2013, she founded Floyd Realty Firm LLC, bringing her passion for real estate and client service to new heights.
A proud Houston native, Pamela’s in-depth knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas allows her to stay ahead of market trends. She goes the extra mile to ensure her clients receive top-tier service. Her credentials include membership in the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. She has been recognized as a Rising Star Award recipient and is a Relocation Specialist. Additionally, her certification in home staging provides sellers with a competitive edge in showcasing their properties.
Beyond real estate, Pamela is dedicated to giving back. She actively volunteers at Ronald McDonald House and supports fundraising initiatives for the Houston Junior Woman’s Club and other children-focused charities. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants around town, art exhibits, renovation and design, snow skiing, fishing, and scuba diving.
